Against All Odds Youth and Family Services is designed to meet the needs of women, families, and youth who are facing challenges with ADHD, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, substance abuse, marital issues, parenting skills, low self esteem, anger management skills, conflict resolution skills and relationship issues.

I am an experienced therapist working with children, adolescents, families, couples and individual adults on a variety of issues. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator.

I particularly enjoy helping clients to recognize and strengthen the positives in themselves and their relationships, and to grow toward their goals for themselves and those connections. My trauma and marriage training, as well as my own personal life experiences and Christian faith have uniquely equipped me to accompany clients on that journey in an effective and energizing way.

While some elements of life are our choice, some issues are outside of our control. I offer guidance and support in navigating life’s challenges while developing resilience and setting boundaries to protect yourself in a difficult world. My deep understanding of diverse backgrounds and generational trauma ensures a therapeutic environment where I will listen to your unique experiences, and acknowledge that your experiences may not be the same as mine or others.

I am a (LPC) Licensed Professional Counselor, (LMFT) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and (LADC) Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I have been licensed since 1999, and provide therapy services, consultation and supervision. I have worked with families, foster families, couples, children, adolescent, teens and adults. I have provided individual, family and group services. I assist with parenting, support, relationships, grief, trauma, anger, depression, defiance, anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation and sexual issues. I believe no one is beyond the hope of healing.

Harmonious Healing Counseling LLC offers individual, family, marriage, and group services in person and via telehealth for behavioral disorders, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD); depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders; eating disorders; personality disorders; anxiety disorders, including panic disorder; obsessive-compulsive disorder; phobias; post-traumatic stress disorder; psychotic disorders, including schizophrenia, etc.

I have worked with individuals and couples dealing with a range of issues from relationship problems to depression and anxiety. I offer a caring, non judgmental approach to helping people through life transitions and emotional pain. I have experience working with those with trauma and abuse history, eating disorders, self harm and suicidal thoughts. I believe in a holistic and strengths based approach to healing and use sessions to encourage personal growth and self-acceptance.

While each of us has our own unique stories to tell, I’d bet that we all, at one point or another, wished we had someone who’d come alongside us to help carry that weight. Whatever the stressors are in your life, causing your plate to become too heavy and overwhelming, therapy can help you figure out what needs to stay, what needs to change, and what needs to go. Many couples don't know where to turn when they seriously consider separation or divorce-I am here to help. What happens when one of you wants to save the marriage but the other does not? What should you do when it seems that your issues are irreconcilable? I offer solutions to these and many more tough situations.

I am not currently accepting clients. Seeking individuals ready to explore themselves, to challenge their negative thoughts, to evaluate their emotions, to believe in their core value and are willing to allow me to guide them to what they believe is a more fulfilling life.

I want clients to experience therapy with safety and healing. Together, we will work to increase personal insight, restore balance, improve relationships, and increase motivation. I hope to create an environment of authenticity, warmth, and empathy for clients. I work with individual adults, couples, families, and adolescents. I recognize every individual is influenced by their family system and relationships. I am passionate about assisting couples and family members to thrive in their environment! My favorite part of therapy is walking alongside clients through their lives and seeing their growth!
