I have over 9 years of clinical experience and I understand many of the societal, family, and interpersonal factors that contribute to the challenges we face today. Whether you are in early recovery or abstinent for some time, we all face vulnerability because recovery is a process. I am committed to supporting you through this process. Let's talk about grief, and loss! Have you had a major loss, a love one died, a relationship ended, loss a job/career, loss of trust, or good health? Have you experienced a traumatic event either for yourself or witnessed trauma to someone else? The Grief Recovery Method is an educational intervention that provides both group and one-on-one support to address losses of all kinds and especially includes the death of a loved one. The Grief Recovery Method can be offered as a one-on-one service or a group experience. EMDR is another supportive technique/therapy used to address traumatic life experiences and life anxieties and stresses.

This experience includes providing counseling, support and prevention services to individuals, families and groups coping with aging, anxiety, adjustment issues, dementia, depression, developmental delays and disabilities, DOT and drug free workplace violations, chronic and terminal illness, cognitive, mood, personality, psychotic, and substance use disorders, as well as death and dying and grief and loss.

I specialize in treating adults and adolescents who exhibit signs of anxiety, stress, post traumatic stress disorder, depression, and a variety of problematic sexual behaviors as well as victim issues. I have experience working with substance abuse and work with individuals whose use has resulted in legal issues. I work with families and teens who have adjustment and behavioral issues. I work with the individual as well as partners, spouses and family members.
