In my work as a Marriage and Family therapist I intend to co-create a supportive, secure, and genuine relationship where you feel both safe and challenged to grow. My specialty is helping couples reset their relationship despite difficulty, and/or to minimize future difficulties; in every case, to help them build the relationship they want.

I am a dedicated clinician and I strive to create a strong, supportive space for clients who are interested in their inner work. I have worked with clients in severe emotional distress, and also with clients who just feel a need to "find a new path forward". Some of my clients come for brief intensive counseling during a crisis while others to do longer-term work on a quest for self-understanding and freedom from past painful experiences. Couples counseling is also part of my practice. I have extensive psychoanalytic training as well as experience in short-term modalities.
