I specialize in maternal mental health through the journey of trying to conceive, pregnancy, and postpartum care for moms and dads. I also specialize in anxiety, depression, career counseling, and premarital/marital counseling, and family counseling.

Life's emotional challenges can sometimes interfere with our ability to maintain a productive and fulfilling life. It can be difficult and frightening to reach out for help. But you have already shown strength and courage by taking the first step towards a healthy and balanced life. With a focus on strengths rather than weakness, I am motivated to help clients recognize how their past experiences are connected with their current concerns. I am passionate about helping individuals heal from their traumatic experiences. Trauma hides in plain sight and disguises itself in many forms.

As a parent, there's nothing worse than watching your child struggle. Standing by and watching their grades fall and their anxiety rise is excruciating, but nothing you've tried is making the situation better. Your child doesn't seem to know what's due or when, they are unorganized, have no plan for studying, lack effective study habits and skills, and have trouble disengaging from their phones. Communication is breaking down between you and your child and they seem unmotivated and apathetic toward school. I am a certified trauma specialist and trained in Restorative Retelling. I help those who are survivors of a violent loss (losing someone to suicide or murder), and those who are struggling with navigating their emotions and cope with their traumatic past.
