I provide psychotherapy for couples, families, individual adults, adolescents and children. I collaborate with my clients, from an integrative client-centered approach, to treat a variety of mental, emotional and relational issues. I value the strengths that my clients bring with them to the therapy room and guide them to build on those attributes to create change in their lives. I work with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, OCD, body image, infidelity, marital distress, grief and loss, challenging life transitions and other issues.

Being a kid is no easy feat! As a School Psychologist, I work to create a partnership that addresses challenges, and differences and helps teach new skills. I provide comprehensive evaluations for diagnostic clarity related to Autism, ADHD, Giftedness, Dyslexia, Learning Disabilities, Anxiety, and Depression. In addition to assessment, I provide individual counseling for children experiencing anxiety, difficulties with impulse control, social skills, and executive functioning challenges. I have been a pediatric psychologist for 10+ years, working with child and adolescent patients (age 2-18) who have behavioral and/or physical health concerns. These problems often overlap and can reduce quality of life. I’ve helped children with a wide variety of presenting concerns, such as anxiety disorders, OCD, tic disorders, behavior problems, ADHD, sleep problems, chronic pain, feeding disorders, and functional abdominal pain. My work is eclectic but based in a developmental understanding of human growth. In my practice, I work with children, families, and adults.
