I have over 35 years clinical experience, training in gestalt and pyschoanalytic psychotherapy, mindfulness based stress reduction. My goal is to increase your awareness of who you are, why you respond and/or make the choices that you do and look for alternatives. I find that life is a journey that never ends, I hope people find internal contentment, tranquility, and learn to care about themselves. All we do is talk about events of your past and how you were effected. I take what I do seriously, but due to the intensity of what we do, try to have fun in the process.

Trauma effects everything in our lives. It effects our health, relationships, work potential and spirituality. Taking the time to understand the neurobiology of how our brain and body respond to trauma is the first step in understanding our pathway to healing and long term health.

As a licensed professional counselor (LPC) I feel it's important to empower clients by giving them the tools to meet their personal goals. Throughout life we go through life experiences where we may feel powerless or not in control, but we do have control over how we cope or react to life circumstances. By offering a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental place to guide clients through their healing process I hope to inspire confidence and the innate resiliency that I believe is in each of us.

Cameron works with women, ages 18 and up, disarming patriarchal oppression, and reclaiming embodiment, empowerment and voice. She has also worked with hospice patients and their families. Cameron has experience working with individuals experiencing symptoms of grief, depression, anxiety and adjustment disorders, life transition (including divorce and loss) behavioral concerns and trauma. After 22 years of practice, Cameron uses an integrative approach of mind, body, and spirit; opening the heart of compassion.

Two things are able to exist at once: life is messy AND you can have a safe and collaborative space to work through it. As a clinician, I believe in meeting you where you are and empowering each you from a strength-based approach. Starting therapy can be challenging (it’s not easy telling your innermost thoughts to a stranger!) and I strive to provide a non-judgmental, genuine, affirming, and accepting space. My goal as a Licensed Professional Counselor is to provide evidence-based practices to foster your personal growth and to provide education on mental and emotional wellness.

As a mental health professional, I’ve worked in the field of psychology for many years. I have experience with children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in trauma recovery, grief/bereavement, personality disorders, anxiety related disorders, mood disorders, relationship difficulties and obsessive-compulsive disorders. I’m a life-long learner and I support in a wholistic approach to mental health wellness. I also support that we are all much more than just the sum of our parts. I’m extensively trained in the psychodynamic, existential - humanistic, and cognitive behavioral schools of psychological thought.

Women often come to my office with a feeling that their cups are “running over.” As a woman and licensed clinical psychologist, I can relate to the feeling of running from appointment to appointment, from commitment to commitment, from day to day. Too much of modern living is about “getting by,” and “just getting through things” at the expense of joy. My work focuses upon supporting women in connecting more deeply with their experiences, with loved ones, and with themselves.

Kaira Gramley is a professional counselor who has been practicing since 2017. She holds a Masters in Counselor Education from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from John Carroll University. She believes that gaining insights from our past can help us be empowered in our current day-to-day choices and utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and attachment-based therapy. She counsels adolescents, adults and couples ages 14+. She also has completed Level 2 training in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and is actively pursuing. Her areas of interest include relationship issues, parenting, and perfectionism.

I am a student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at John Carroll University and a Counselor Trainee (CT) in the state of Ohio. I am currently working under the supervision of Michelle M. Paul, LPCC-S at Impact Counseling Solutions. I provide counseling services to adults and teens and have experience treating depression, anxiety, self-harm, and self-esteem issues, substance abuse disorders and co occurring mental health disorders, as well as supporting those who are navigating life transitions, family conflict and interpersonal relationships.

My goal as a therapist is to provide a space for clients to feel safe, appreciated, seen, heard, and honored for the unique individual they are! Additionally, I work to incorporate art and creative means into sessions, as art can truly be therapeutic and further facilitate expression and conversation. I encourage creativity with the hopes of fostering healing, growth, and self discovery.

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor supervisor in the state of Ohio. My specialties include the treatment of anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, personality disorders, and trauma-related disorders. I offer diagnostic assessment and empirically based treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), but use a combination of therapy techniques based on patients’ needs including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness techniques with an emphasis on social skills training. We also offer therapeutic/relaxation massage, Reiki therapy, and guided meditation.
