Our goals are to provide information about the physical, emotional, social, and legal consequences of alcohol consumption and/or drug use and prevent recidivism. Alcoholism or drug addiction is a serious progressive illness that can lead to mental, physical, and emotional pain. The treatment components focus on a recovery program concerned with not just abstinence, but abstinence as a fulfilling, productive way of life. Each client will have an individual treatment plan based on a face-to-face interview, screening and intake information. Individualized treatment plans with each individual will identify and address specific needs pertinent to continued substance abuse. The A.A. 12-Step philosophy is strongly supported and encouraged. Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW, MSW
“I love my work! I have studied ground breaking modalities that get my clients where they want to be. We were born in relationship, we need relationship. Negative messaging from our childhood can leave us "stuck" with negative messaging that we can live with in our present life. These messages could have been given to us both directly and indirectly. Reactivity--the feelings of anxiousness, depression, anger, and so on is the result of this unconscious connection to the negative messaging. We were born innately good, deserving to love and be loved! DNMS, EMDR, Imago Relationship Therapy, NeuroFeedback
