“You can feel better and your life can get better. When life's problems seem more than you can handle, making you feel anxious and alone trying to find some relief. In the past 14 years, I have worked with hundreds of clients who have found themselves in these difficult situations. In our work together, many have found not only answers to their problems but also healing in their lives. The healing process begins with you feeling heard and understood as we work toward finding your answers. Having your feelings understood is the most important part of the healing process.

“Aspire Wellness Center offers Partial Hospitalization (PHP) & Intensive Outpatient (IOP) levels of care for the treatment of Eating Disorders. Internationally accredited by CARF, our core mission is to ensure that the highest level of clinical excellence & patient satisfaction is being provided at every stage of treatment. Our programs are offered 5 days per week between the hours of 12 noon & 7 PM. We offer initial appointments Monday through Friday from 8:30am-4:00pm as well as free consultation either in person or by phone. We can provide unbiased referrals to the most highly regarded inpatient and residential treatment programs if the initial assessment indicates that a higher level of care may be needed. At Aspire Wellness Center, we limit our group therapy size to just 10 clients, with our average group size being 6 - 7 clients. This allows us to customize each treatment plan to suit each person's unique circumstances & challenges. Our small census also allows us to offer more individual therapy sessions, and more individual meal planning time with our Registered Dietitian. For these reason, our participants report a very high level of satisfaction with our services, and report excellent recovery outcomes over long periods of time.
