I specialize in working with teens and adults with eating disorders (Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder, and general disordered eating). I offer both assessment (helping you figure out if you or your loved has an issue with food) and treatment (helping you or your loved one get well) I offer both individual and family sessions. More simply said, my goal is to empower clients to live life on their terms, not an eating disorder’s terms.
As a clinical social worker, I’ve worked with adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing eating disorders in multiple levels of care, including partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient. I have significant training in Family Based Treatment (FBT) for eating disorders.
In every session, you can expect to receive empathy, education, and encouragement. Whether you’re recovering a healthy relationship with food and your body or establishing one for the very first time, let's work together to make it happen!
