I have had the privilege of helping many different people through a range of different issues. I am well versed with complex trauma, anxiety, PTSD, depression, donor conceived people, adoptees, and other issues.
I use an eclectic approach, pulling together different types of therapies tailored to what would be most beneficial to the particular client. I am trained in EMDR and have a particular appreciation for it for those clients who are interested. Now also offering EMDR intensives, for people who want to work through things quicker.
I am a doctor of counseling, a licensed professional counselor, and have many resources to help many different types of issues. I love what I do, and that comes through to each of my clients. I also supervise counselors pursuing licensure.
