I specialize in sexuality and have successfully worked with clients to help them heal from betrayal trauma, erectile struggles, acting out with porn, love addiction, exploration of sexual identity, and compulsive sexual behavior. I provide support and interventions that create healthy coping skills. I work with clients that are struggling from anxiety, depression, and trauma. My goal is to support individuals, couples, and families to heal from their past and create a life that is in alignment with their current goals and values.
I help clients to understand their family dynamics, their own identity, and their goals to ignite healing and to stop destructive behaviors and choices that have lead to feelings of frustration, loneliness, and crisis, or feelings of being stuck.
These struggles can often affect the quality of life. Together, through the therapeutic process I work with clients to help dismantle their trauma and to unleash a life that they have always desired. Problems with intimacy can take many faces; ultimately, we want to be congruent with ourselves and those we love.
