With a strong focus on offering yourself compassion and grace, I will encourage you to develop a deep sense of self-love, which makes all things possible.
I enjoy working with women and men who are want to explore patterns and seek positive change. I enjoy supporting clients with depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, trauma, perfectionism and life changes.
I believe in building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients, providing a non-judgemental environment to promote healing.
