Loving and wanting someone who does not want us creates a deep personal wound. This group is for people who have been left or feel abandoned in relationships and want to feel whole and connected. We share stories, struggles and coping strategies, process current, past and childhood abandonments, and work with mindfulness and somatic states to access secure and calm emotional states. Group members learn from and support each other and in this way, they see that there is hope and they are not alone.
