I am a private practitioner who has worked with children, teens and young adults in New York City for the past 10 years. Feeling heard and supported and being understood by your therapist is a critical component of mental health care. I provide compassionate and empathic care to children, teens and young adults. My clients come to me with anxiety and depressive symptoms, family dynamics issues and often while in the midst of a transition. Clients who have completed treatment leave with new coping skills, a renewed sense of confidence and fresh perspectives on their lives.
My therapy space offers a safe place to talk, process and play. I utilize, cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, child centered play therapy, mindfulness training and art to help my clients see situations from various perspectives while they learn coping skills.
I am so happy to discuss your needs and work with you! Please give me a call or email me and let's find the best way to work together!
