I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential counseling environment, based on being genuine, empathetic and respectful. My clients should be open and motivated for change. They also respond to my direct, honest, and nurturing approach in therapy. I also incorporate Brainspotting & body awareness into sessions.

Brainspotting, CBT/DBT/ACT and solution focused therapy works on all ages, helping those suffering from depression, anxiety, work stress, relationship issues, bereavement, trauma, difficulties transitioning into parenthood (peripartum and postpartum depression for women and their spouses), and career and life transitions such as being new to retirement.

I use an eclectic mix of therapies depending on each person's needs. I am not a worksheet therapist or one size fit for all. I love talking about the brain and personality types.
