As a lifelong learner, I have years of eclectic training, though I draw most from relational psychodynamic/analytic psychology. The focus in this kind of therapy is on the individual - their thoughts, emotions, anxieties, wishes, memories, imaginings, bodily experiences, actions, choices - and aims to remove barriers to having a fuller, more satisfying life.

What do you consider to be a good life? The answer is different for everyone.
