Teen Girls Group for Managing Anxiety & Depression
Teens are in need of connection. The rise in anxiety, depression and fear of socialization has inspired me to form this group. My intention is to help teens learn mindfulness practices to self regulate and gain tools for self awareness to grow self confidence. Teens will experience the power that comes from practicing compassion for others and for Self in a group setting.

Spring Group starts March 14th! This is a 5-week group dedicated to bringing community together for connection and to meet our sense of belonging. The intention for the group is to gain knowledge and grow awareness of how deeply the mind, body, spirit and emotions are intertwined to help us feel whole. We dive inward to discover the power and confidence cultivated through meditation - the practice of Being Still to Know our Self and Notice without Judgement.
