DBT Skills Group (Virtual ONLY)
Do you want to develop ways to increasing your coping with intense or painful emotions, chaotic relationships, and gain more control over your distress while learning to give yourself permission to relax and focus? Then come join our skills group taught by intensively DBT trained clinicians to learn DBT modules such as mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotion regulation in a safe, non-judgmental and supportive environment. DBT Graduate Group (Virtual ONLY)
This group combines advanced DBT skills in a consultation group format. You will practice integrating and applying your DBT skills in a structured setting where you will receive feedback from the instructor and your peers. You will learn new, advanced DBT skills, as well as discuss and deepen your knowledge of the skills you already know. Provider Referral Requested!! PreRequisites: - Must have completed a foundational DBT group - Must have met with Anna prior to enrollment for assessment - No longer engaging in any harmful, self-injurious behaviors - Willing to commit to this group for 6 months - This group is not covered by insurances carriers.
