I work with individuals and couples who are coping with the impact of trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, as well as life and relationship transitions. My focus is relational and that the quality of emotional wellbeing rests on ones relationship to self and others.

I work with people to reduce unwanted symptoms and increase a greater capacity for self- fulfillment. Couples that enter therapy range from new to longterm relationships. Our work together strengthens trust and provides a place to expand or complete a relationship with compassion and dignity.

We will identify barriers that block desired change as we reduce unwanted symptoms, and further develop personal strengths. The work incorporates radical acceptance of who and where someone is at- and out of that awareness the capacity to change becomes accessible.
