I specialize in providing clinical services to adult survivors of trauma, including sexual abuse, physical abuse, and witnesses to violence. I also help clients address issues of depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and grief.
I am certified in EMDR therapy and use that in addition to traditional talk therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing.
