Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed with the uncertainty and intensity of these times? Even when things are difficult, I believe it is possible to experience connection, meaning, and hope. Although it can be hard to see in the midst of it, our struggles can clarify what's most important and offer opportunities to invite intuitive wisdom to emerge to explore new ways of being. With a collaborative and holistic approach, I strive to bring warmth, unconditional acceptance, compassion, and cultural humility to create a space that fosters a sense of safety and self-exploration.
I work from the deep belief that we each have the wisdom and agency to make significant changes within ourselves and the world. By drawing upon creative, experiential, somatic, mindfulness, animal- and nature-guided therapies, I strive to facilitate experiences that deepen connection to authentic self, relationships with others, and the natural world.
