Use the process of art-making to address the challenges of life. I work with clients dealing with grief and loss, depression, anxiety, stress, or going through life transitions. I specialize in working with adults with cognitive impairment, including Alzheimer's and Dementia, Autism, or intellectual disabilities.
Art therapy is well suited to address the needs of those whose verbal abilities are insufficient to express one's emotions. I focus on the holistic wellness of my clients, teaching them important life skills and coping mechanisms for the challenges we all face.
