As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I provide therapy services for adults, with a special concentration in couples and relationships. Through my practice, I utilize techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and have training in various additional techniques in order to best meet the needs of my clients. I believe that everyone is unique and therefore requires personalized treatment based on individual needs, goals, values and interests. My goal is to assist my clients in making necessary changes to live healthier and more meaningful lives.
ACT can be used with various clinical conditions, including depression, anxiety, anger, family/relationship struggles, and difficulty coping with life's changes/stressors. I am also a Certified Integrative Health Practitioner and incorporate holistic wellness, especially through nutrition, as a means to promote optimal brain health.
