Hello! I’m Arianne (she/her). I am a certified Brainspotting therapist and I specialize in working with people who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions & trauma. I strive to create a warm, safe & non-judgmental space for clients to explore what they're seeking through therapy. As a white, heterosexual, cisgender woman, I am actively engaging in deepening my understanding of how these identities & society have shaped my experiences. I am passionate about exploring and celebrating all the different aspects of one’s identity.
I use empathy & co-creation of a therapeutic relationship with clients to establish a foundation upon which therapeutic tools can be explored and integrated into everyday life. My approach to therapy includes brainspotting, mindfulness, somatic, parts work & cognitive behavioral (CBT) based therapy approaches.
I value the use of compassion, humor, self-love & play throughout the therapeutic journey. I bring 9 years of experience as a therapist, as well as my own ongoing personal journey of practicing the strategies I help clients explore.
