We all want to feel desired! You deserve nonjudgmental support as you navigate conversations around what happens next in your relationship. I work with individuals to unpack the unhealthy examples of relationships and love they saw as children and discover what they want in life. The world of Ethical Non-Monogamy can bring up fears; fear of abandonment, fear of not being enough, or fear of losing your current value system. As a trained relationship therapist, I skillfully challenge each partner to recognize their negative responses and personal baggage. What happens next is a desire to break the cycle and start anew.
I help partners identify goals they need to work on in order to create their ideal relationship(s). I hold each partner accountable for their part in creating and maintaining a flourishing relationship. I am not only your therapist, I am your coach and your educator. I cheer louder for the underdogs, the relationships that get discounted the most.
It is not an easy decision to join your partner and open up to a complete stranger about your most vulnerable moments. Who knows what will come out of the other partner's mouth.
