As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Anxiety Treatment Professional, I am clinically trained and enjoy helping women who deal with anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, depression, pregnancy-related issues and relationships. That "thing" in your life has a name and there are healthy ways to face it.

I use HIPPA compliant video software which lets you enjoy the full benefits of mental health therapy from the comfort of home. I offer Christian counseling by request and love helping women use their faith in supportive connection to their mental health.
