I have extensive experience working with high-functioning individuals with substance use and co-occurring mood disorders, as well as severe mental health illness. My approach is psychodynamic, and collaborative. We will work together in the therapeutic process to understand and change reoccurring behaviors in order to heal and grow.
For me, therapy is about gaining a deeper understanding of patterns that don't seem to be working in order to live more authentically. I am empathetic, and easy to talk to.
