Groups
Dialectical Behavior Therapy Group (DBT)-Teens
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Group focuses on building your teen's (13-18yrs) ability to cope with whatever struggles your are going through. This is a 14 week, psycho-education based group that introduces you to a multitude of coping techniques within the 4 main DBT modules of Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance and Interpersonal Effectiveness aka Communication and Relationships. Exact day and time will be determined closer to start date. Groups are capped at 10 members so call and reserve your spot now for the next round starting late May 2024!
