I am a Master Certified Accelerated Resolution Therapist and proficient in therapeutic approaches such as DBT, EMDR, IFS, EFT, CBT and mindful-based approaches.
My therapeutic style is warm, authentic and grounded. I believe in creating a safe non-judgmental space that promotes curiosity, compassion, and safty.
