You may have felt stuck for some time or are just beginning to question what doesn't feel right. Together, we can embrace the challenges of life's struggles and work towards your dreams and goals. I am an identity affirming therapist who especially loves working with people who are queer, BIPOC, neurodivergent, disabled, or somehow 'othered' by society.

I use somatic approaches to help you understand your connection to your body and your experience everyday life. I also use attachment theory to help you understand how you relate to others in your life. Together we'll learn more about how you articulate yourself emotionally and work to deepen your sense of self and ability to communicate to others.
