I believe symptoms carry messages to us from deep within, much like dreams do. Symptoms and problems can be made very useful, if you know how to look and listen. My job is to help you read and make sense of what ails you. Psychotherapy with me is about learning your way around your own psyche. It's for becoming as fully yourself as possible. It's for cultivating soul. My hope is to offer direction and stability in an increasingly disorienting world. I hope working together we can renew your faith in life having meaning and purpose.

I trained as a clinical psychologist at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, and I've practiced psychotherapy for over 20 years. I've studied mindfulness practices, neurocognitive research, attachment theory, psychoanalytic theory, and Jungian analytical psychology. Along with life itself and faith, these form the basis for my therapy approach.
