From Loss...to LIFE!
This VIRTUAL group is an intensive, focused grief group utilizing the principles of post-traumatic growth to guide you toward positive changes following a challenging or traumatic life event. Participants will increase their sense of purpose, develop resilience skills, and formulate meaningful identity so that, although losses will continue to occur in the future, you can be better equipped to manage them and make healthy choices for the long-term. Participants will need to complete a registration form and purchase a copy of the "From Loss...to Life!" workbook (available on Amazon.com) prior to the start of group.
