**My caseload is full and I am not taking new clients at this time.** Are you missing your joy? Has your “little light” stopped shining? Does life seem harder than it used to? For 18 years, I have helped children and families cope with loss, trauma, and stressful life transitions including illness, family changes, and problems with schooling. My office is a safe space where you can share your story, explore problems, and discover solutions. When we get distracted and disconnected by stress, self-doubt, or traumatic events, we can wind up feeling confused, overwhelmed, frustrated, fearful, and alone. You are not alone.

Through counseling, you will reconnect with your inner wisdom, build your resilience, challenge your fears, unburden your heart, and find new understandings and ways of being.
