Hello, I specialize in complex trauma, anxiety disorders, and relationship & marital issues. I also have expertise in helping people heal from the impact of narcissistic abuse. Through our work together, you'll gain deeper insight and learn strategies to help you get ‘unstuck’, feel better, lead a more fulfilling life, and build more satisfying relationships. I focus on helping clients manage their distressful symptoms, identify learned patterns and unhelpful ways of thinking, rewire their brains, reprocess trauma, and access their strengths to use as leverage to work through their upsetting events, fears, anxiety, and blindspots.
I use an integrative combination of brain and body-based methods (CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, IFS, and Narrative Therapy) that research has shown to be effective. In addition, I'll help you reach your goals by participating in conversations that open up possibilities, new meanings, and ideas to help you find your own way forward when advice isn't enough.

Narcissistic Abuse Support & Recovery Group
This weekly 1.5-hour Zoom group is dedicated to aiding recovery from narcissistic abuse. Participants will embark on a self-discovery journey, learning to recognize unconscious patterns and vulnerabilities while leveraging personal strengths in a supportive environment. It's designed for those who've suffered emotional or psychological abuse from partners, family members, coworkers, or other narcissistic individuals.
