Our sessions will help you learn how to tolerate what feels intolerable so you can accept yourself as you are, and take control of your life. My style is informed by EMDR, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, and Psychodynamic approaches.
I believe in peoples’ ability to evolve and grow. It can be a bumpy ride at times, but one that is well worth the journey. As your therapist, I will hold out hope and possibility as you move through the turbulence. Having the experience of being seen and accepted for all our parts—even the ones we don’t like so much—is at the heart of the work.
