I am trained as a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am certified in updated modalities for supporting trauma such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and Neuroptimal Neurofeedback.

I believe counseling allows us to better understand ourselves so we can recognize and identify new possibilities and options that promote a healthier and happier life.
