Girl Strong

Girl Strong is skills coaching and is not therapy. It is a non-judgmental and supportive group for female identifying high schoolers who want to make new connections, and feel more empowered by expanding their skills in; decision making, problem solving, creative and critical thinking, communication, self-awareness, empathy, coping with stress & emotions, and time management. Groups meet virtually for 6 weeks. These skills are recommended by the (WHO) World Health Organization as skills all girls should know. Let's set girls on a path toward a successful and fulfilling future by developing resilience, adaptability, the ability to face adversity with an empowered mindset.
