I am an art therapist and professional clinical counselor experienced in working with clients who suffer from depression, anxiety, and trauma. I see individual clients and also run an art therapy group at Innovative Counseling in Westlake. I approach therapy in a diverse way utilizing techniques such as person-centered therapy, art therapy, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and psychoeducation. I aim to provide a healing and supportive relationship environment which helps clients discover and develop self-worth and practical skills that assist in coping with everyday life.
