This virtual two-hour expressive art workshop offers participants reflection time, exercises and coping strategies for relieving stress in personal, family or work life during the holiday. Learning how to cope and grow through these challenges means gaining awareness and applying that awareness into wellness and spiritual care in our daily lives. No artistic talent needed!

After sitting with a dream of a Phoenix since the 9/11/01 attacks in NYC, Virginia Swain began America's Soul Community with the Phoenix, the Soul of America and the world. From 7:00-8:30 pm first Mondays monthly. participants co-create the rebirth of America beyond the divides.
