I have 30+ years' experience in both mental health and addiction. I have worked in outpatient clinics, private practice and residential settings. I believe that by working together, we can address and master whatever is challenging you.
I use a combination of positive regard, CBT, MI and solution-focused therapy. I have worked with a wide variety of people from all backgrounds.
