I enjoy working with adults, adolescents and children. I treat the whole person (emotionally, physically and spiritually). I help to motivate you toward realistic lifestyle change by meeting you where you are in the process. I treat those with ADHD, depression, anxiety and stress issues to name a few. I am trauma informed and I use different approaches based on the needs of the client. At the top of my list are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness and Stress Reduction Approaches.
I specialize in teaching a new way of processing situations that help to create a life of harmony and balance as opposed to pain and fear of the future. I chose my area of specialty because I enjoy fostering a sense of calm and peace in others. I help people identify goals and overcome obstacles to meeting their goals.
Many clients state that I am supportive, down to earth and relatable to all people no matter their walk of life. I foster HOPE and offer a path toward PEACE through my belief that true change comes from resolving past issues in order to move toward a successful future.
