I enjoy working with others to help them become empowered and successful by unlocking their potential. All services are provided in a calm and peaceful environment. Within this environment I am able to help those who are having difficulties in everyday life. All sessions will be tailored to fit individual needs and will provide fresh perspectives and will go at the client's pace. During a client's time with me, they will always feel supported and encouraged.
As a counselor I work well with individuals, families, and groups with anger management, suicidal ideations, substance abuse, depression, relationship and communication challenges, and anxiety. I have worked in both the private and community settings with various populations including veterans.
In an effort to stay current I attend several trainings to ensure that clients receive the services that are most beneficial for them. In addition to staying current I also train others on suicide initiatives.

Anger Management
Choice-based anger management groups are offered for adolescents, adults and couples. Anger management groups teach how to effectively manage and cope with anger which is a natural response for anyone. Anger is normally seen as a negative reaction. However, anger is not negative it is your response that is often times seen as negative.
