I have practiced in several cities across the U.S., such as San Francisco, Boston, and now Highland, I am well-equipped to provide effective and compassionate therapy to those in need.

I assist clients in problem-solving, developing healthier coping skills, and gaining insight into the root of their difficulties. My approach fosters a safe space for clients to share their vulnerabilities. I utilize research-based methods, such as EMDR, IFS, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Synergetic Play Therapy, AutPlay, and Theraplay for kids.
