One of the aspects of my work that I love most is helping clients uncover strengths that may not be readily apparent in moments of crisis. Together, we embark on a journey of self-discovery, fostering transformative insights that lead to personal growth via a holistic perspective that includes mental, emotional, and sexual well-being.
My hope is to create a sense of safety for clients to cultivate compassion for themselves and their intimate partners in order to develop insights into patterns that no longer serve and to develop skills to to approach the many stresses and traumas of life with increased integrity, curiosity and resilience.
