I utilize a variety of counseling techniques to personalize treatment for the specific needs for each client. These evidence-based techniques include Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy & (EFT), Brainspotting (BSP), and First Responder knowledge.
My treatment specialties include anxiety, self-confidence, career/corporate stress, grief, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), pre-marital, stress management, trauma, and toxic relationships. My counseling services are for adolescents (16+) and adults for individual counseling and couples seeking to make healthy changes.
