I don't believe in a "one size fits all" type of therapy. We all have our own individual story of how we got to be where we are today. I try to encourage a "two way street" of communication between myself and those I work with, so your goals are always the top priority.
As a member of the LGBT community, I can relate to those who experience judgment or who may be struggling with their spirituality. My clients describe me as compassionate and understanding while still being goal oriented and straight forward.
