My purpose as a therapist is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to live the life they hope for. I provide services to individuals who need support in order to process the past, experience the present and plan for a better future.

I utilize a variety of modalities depending on the individual and their reasons for seeking services. I have a wealth of experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I'm also EMDR-trained and a certified Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) provider for trauma. I am also fully bilingual and able to provide services in Spanish.
