I typically work with individuals struggling with difficult emotions and behaviors, and couples who are struggling with their sexual and romantic relationship. If you are searching for support and guidance to help yourself get unstuck, reduce your troubling feelings, or gain insight and awareness about yourself and your issues, you have come to the right place. I offer a caring, accepting and honest approach with my clients. Together we will work to understand the root of your struggles, validate your experiences, and find solutions that work for your unique needs. Each client is different and our therapy work will be collaborative.
I am formally trained in sex therapy and am completing my requirements to become Certified Sex Therapist. I am passionate about helping couples through intimacy struggles and finding pleasure and playfulness again. I am also trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
