It has been a privledge to be working within the mental health field for 17+ years. I became a therapist because of the life changing therapeutic support I received as a young adult. As a queer individual, mom, and child of immigrants, I have a unique appreciation for adversity, community, and embracing all aspects of our identity.
My passion is in identity exploration, change, and major life transitions (i.e. break-ups, divorce, coming out, gender affirmation, graduation, marriage, parenthood, new diagnosis, career change, retirement, etc.). I am best suited for individuals who are eager to take active steps toward personal growth. I provide referrals for areas out of my scope.
