This first step is hard. I see you. Maybe you’ve been here before, or it’s your first time exploring therapy. I specialize in working with trauma and relational ruptures throughout the lifetime - this may be a single incident trauma, developmental or attachment trauma, trust violations, communication, intimacy, or emotional overwhelm. I currently have telehealth openings to work with adult individuals and dyadic relationships. I support those who are poly, ENM, kinky, queer, trans, living with HIV, and those who do consensual sex work.
My goal is to show up authentically and equitably. My approach is relational and somatic; heavily rooted in attachment theory. I regularly integrate emotionally focused therapy, EMDR, Gottman couples method, IFS, and polyvagal. As an eager learner, I am currently a PhD student studying clinical sexology and offering sex therapy.
